DMK Soothing + Hydrating Occlusive Mask (4 masks)

DMK Soothing & Hydrating Occlusive Mask helps to reduce inflammation, irritation and redness of the skin. Ideal for compromised and dehydrated skin types. This versatile mask allows finishing products to penetrate deeper into the skin, and lock hydration in for a smoother and calmer skin. A very effective home treatment.

Key Ingredients:

• Sodium hyaluronate – an all-natural, water-soluble form of hyaluronic acid (HA). When applied topically, it attracts moisture to skin cells. It has a lower molecular weight than HA and therefore is small enough to penetrate the epidermis or top layer of the skin and in turn improve hydration from the underlying skin layers.
• Centella Asiatica (Gotu Kola) – a herb that’s been traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine, it contains active ingredients known as terpenoids that make up around 8% of the plants weight. Terpenes are compounds that enhance skin penetration and have been found to be anti-inflammatory, detoxifying, and can help control sebum levels. Terpenoids have been studied for their skincare benefits such as antioxidants, amino acids, and their hydrating properties to soothe upset or compromised skin.
• Adenosine – decreases the appearance of wrinkles by energising the skin’s surface. Studies have shown skincare containing adenosine led to significant improvements in skin smoothness, decreased appearance of crow’s feet, and reduced depth of brow wrinkles. The result is a smoother more youthful complexion.

Usage: AM or PM

Directions: Open pouch, remove gel masks, remove plastic backing, and place on the face with the printed side facing out to cleansed skin. Remove after 20 minutes and massage in any remaining residue. Apply DMK home prescriptives including drops, serums, oil/spray, nourishing or treatment creams.

To renew and hydrate the skin: Cleanse the skin and apply DMK Micro Peel as directed. Once the DMK Micro Peel has been removed, apply DMK Soothing & Hydrating Occlusive Mask. After 20 minutes, remove mask and any residue from the skin. Follow with DMK Home Prescriptives regimen.

To enhance penetration of actives: Apply DMK Melanotech Drops and/or Pore Reduction Plus and Serums applied underneath the mask for occlusion and enhanced penetration.

This product can be used in the morning or the evening, and can be used for home care post microneedling, laser and peels.
